Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

RegiMint Score™ is a product of LinkPath AI LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("LinkPath," "we," "us," or "our"). Our tool is a financial resilience diagnostic designed for use by registered investment advisors, CFPs, and broker-dealer representatives with their clients.

2. What the Assessment Tool Collects

When a client completes the RegiMint Score™ assessment, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Social Security numbers or government IDs
• Financial account numbers, balances, or specific dollar amounts
• Birth dates, addresses, or any other direct personal identifiers

We do collect the following anonymous, non-identifiable data to improve the tool:

• Anonymous score (300–850), score band, and category scores
• Life-stage cohort (Growth, Transition, or Retirement — derived from age range, not exact age)
• Income band (broad range, not exact income)
• Aggregate flag categories (e.g., "Estate Planning flagged") — no response text
• Session duration and device type (mobile/desktop)
• A randomly generated session token (not linked to any personal identity)

3. Advisor Contact (myregimint.com)

myregimint.com does not currently include an active sign-up or contact form. If a sign-up or contact form is added in the future, this section will be updated to describe what information is collected, how it is used, and any third-party form processor involved. Advisors may currently reach us directly at legal@linkpath.ai.

4. How We Use Data

Anonymous assessment data is used exclusively to:

• Display your score and report within the assessment session
• Generate aggregate analytics for the advisor's Founders Dashboard (no individual client data is displayed — only cohort-level trends)
• Improve question quality, weighting, and scoring calibration over time

We do not sell, rent, license, or share any data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms.

5. Data Storage and Security

Anonymous assessment data is stored in a secure SQLite database hosted within the RegiMint Score™ application environment. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to aggregate analytics is restricted to authorized advisor accounts protected by server-side session tokens.

Because no PII is collected, there is no risk of identity exposure from a data breach of assessment records.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The RegiMint Score™ assessment tool does not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics platforms that track individual users across the web (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). We use a single session cookie (__Host-sid) solely to maintain the advisor's authenticated session within a single browsing session.

The myregimint.com marketing website does not currently use tracking cookies beyond standard web server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) that are not linked to any personal identity.

7. Children's Privacy

RegiMint Score™ is designed for use by adults (18+) in consultation with a licensed financial professional. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us at privacy@linkpath.ai and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information through the assessment tool, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from assessment records. If you have contacted us directly, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time by emailing privacy@linkpath.ai.

California residents: The CCPA grants you rights to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For CCPA inquiries, contact privacy@linkpath.ai.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
